2025 marked an incredible milestone for Just Codify, your 9th Anniversary! To celebrate nearly a decade of growth, teamwork, and success, we decided to take the entire team on a memorable adventure. What better way to mark the occasion than with a 5-day outdoor stay in the beautiful coastal paradise of Goa? It was a celebration packed with adventure, relaxation, and bonding that we’ll remember for years to come.
Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation at North Goa
Our journey began as we took flight from Ahmedabad and touched down in the vibrant state of Goa, excited for the days ahead. We stayed at a beautiful resort in North Goa, which became our home base for the next few days. After checking in, we spent the afternoon exploring the resort and soaking up the serene surroundings like Baga Beach. The first evening was dedicated to relaxation, with a cozy dinner by the beach and a beautiful sunset to welcome us into the vacation mood.
Day 2: Exploring Arambol Beach and Fort Chapora
On the second day, we ventured out to the famous Chapora Fort and then Arambol Beach, the soft sand and crystal-clear waters were perfect for a morning of relaxation. Many of us indulged in water sports, while others simply enjoyed walking along the beach or unwinding under the swaying palms.
In the afternoon, we took a short trip to Parra Road, Lined with palm trees and overlooking fields on both sides, this road is often spotted in films and TV series like Four More Shots Please! It is off the main highway and is one of the prettiest, most picturesque roads in Goa. It was a day that blended adventure with culture, giving us a deeper appreciation for this beautiful region. At night, we again went to Baga beach and enjoy night sight.
Day 3: Visit to Dona Paula and the Flea Market
In the afternoon, we went to, Panaji to some old churches and spent time shopping. For that who enjoy a little shopping, we headed to the nearby Flea Market, where we picked up souvenirs, local handicrafts, and funky beachwear.
After that we headed to Fontainhas Colorful Houses and then last to Dona Paula.
Day 4: A Day at South Goa – Palolem Beach and Canacona
On the fourth day, we took a day trip to South Goa, where we experienced a more tranquil side of the region. First stop was the Canacona sight viewing where we took lots of solo and group photos and enjoyed there for a little while. The second step was the stunning Palolem Beach. Known for its calm waters and picturesque setting, this beach was ideal for swimming, kayaking, and simply enjoying the natural beauty that surrounded us. Many of us found a spot to relax under the sun, while others opted for boat rides along the coast.
Day 5: Farewell, but Not Goodbye – Last Day at Baga Beach
Before we headed back, we had one final team dinner, a perfect end to our Goa trip. It was a chance to reflect on the amazing time we had, the bonds we strengthened, and the experiences that would stay with us long after the trip. There were many heartfelt speeches, laughter, and even a few emotional moments as we celebrated our 9 years together as a company.

The choice of Goa as our anniversary destination was more than just about visiting beautiful beaches and landmarks, it was about taking a break from our usual routine and experiencing new things together as a team. From water sports to cultural exploration, from quiet moments by the sea to lively nights full of laughter, Goa gave us everything we needed to celebrate our success and build memories that will last a lifetime.
